Job Profile

VistaJet is the first and only global aviation company, offering asset-right flying solutions with a fleet that includes 360+ group aircraft, 2,100+ alliance jets, operating in 187 countries with over 20 offices worldwide.

You will support our Sales Vice Presidents by researching potential leads, making outbound calls, and building relationships to book face-to-face meetings with prospects.

This role is suited for candidates with a strong sales drive who aspire to become Sales Vice Presidents.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build prospect lists through calls and relationship development.
  • Research and update the Salesforce database with qualified contacts.
  • Develop databases via research and industry publications.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings for Sales VPs with qualified prospects.
  • Enhance the customer database with relevant information to understand client needs.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries.
  • Provide weekly KPI reports tracking activities and leads.
  • Maintain accurate and current database information.
  • Investigate lost sales to improve future outcomes.
  • Prepare tailored proposals for clients.

Marketing

  • Collaborate with marketing to tailor communications.
  • Follow-up on events and campaigns to maintain prospect interest.

Managing and Developing Accounts

  • Introduce Member Services to new corporate clients.
  • Maintain ongoing contact and conduct bi-annual reviews.
  • Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for high-net-worth individuals and executives.
  • Customer service-oriented with high resilience.
  • Strong financial and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Private aviation experience is a plus but not essential.
