About the role

We are looking for talented Sales Consultants with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our John Lewis concessions in Central London.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.

You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.

Please note this will require weekend working.

What you'll do

  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with our John Lewis Partners.
  6. Maintain floor standards in line with brand guidelines.
  7. Support with new product launches when required.

What you'll bring

  1. Available to work 37.5 hours per week, various shift patterns across Mon-Sun.
  2. Previous experience in fashion retail is essential.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to work independently and build strong working relationships with our external partners.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  6. A genuine interest in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.
