Job summary

Furniture Village Ltd in Cheltenham is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the face of the store, greet customers, understand their needs and create an end-to-end shopping experience. You will work 40 hours across 5 days, on a rota including weekends, with a competitive package and uncapped commission.

The role offers a base salary of £25,500 with a £200 weekly commission guarantee for the first 13 weeks and a realistic OTE of £50,000–£60,000+.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales is desirable.
• Ability to greet customers, build rapport and understand needs.
• Comfortable working to targets in a retail environment.
