• Deliver outstanding customer service and create emotional connections through storytelling

• Stay up to date with brand product knowledge, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

• Passionate about fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Experienced in a multicultural retail environment

• Digitally savvy and comfortable using retail technology
