Role Overview

In a Nutshell…

We have a new opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our team within Vistry South East, at our Burgess Hill hub, RH15 8DJ. As our Sales Consultant, you will carry out all aspects of the day-to-day running of the sales hub/development in accordance with the customer journey, taking ownership of the sales process with customers, maintaining necessary records and documentation during all stages of the sales process across multiple sites and house ranges within the sales hub/development, and delivering successful continual sales at all sites within the sales hub/development.

  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, sales policies, and mandatory training
  • Deliver excellent customer service by advocating the customer journey and exceeding expectations
  • Assist with audits as required, aligned with Vistry Values of ICQ
  • Use Vistry systems to record and manage information accurately
  • Represent Vistry professionally with stakeholders
  • Proactively seek prospective sales and follow up inquiries via phone and marketing literature
  • Manage and implement sales strategies, negotiate with customers for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions, house types, build progress, and purchase schemes
  • Proactively sell customer extras and manage reservations to drive profit
  • Respond to cancellations, attempt to 'save' reservations, and offer alternatives
  • Coordinate with site teams to provide customer updates
  • Ensure company property, equipment, and presentation standards are maintained across sites
