Job Opportunity: Telesales Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Consultant to join our commercial team. This role involves supporting local businesses and organizations with their advertising needs. You will benefit from a competitive base salary, an uncapped commission structure, and flexible working arrangements—working from home four days a week and one day in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage relationships with existing clients through account management, advising on solutions, and increasing customer spend.
  2. Communicate effectively via phone, email, and video calls to showcase our digital solutions.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through sourcing strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing Solutions Team to deliver the best results for clients and the business.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Success in this role requires being target-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service. A background in advertising sales or digital marketing is advantageous but not essential. We value continuous learning and career growth.
