The Company

From putting the soles on your shoes to the tarmac they walk on; from a packet of crisps to silicon chips; from wooden toothpicks to electric cars; you’d be amazed at the things they get involved in. Our client doesn’t do these things themselves, but they have worked with the people that do… to enable their efforts and dreams to be realised. Sometimes our role is significant; sometimes it’s small, but it’s never trivial and it’s always rewarding.

Our client provides automation and fluid control solutions for factory and laboratory applications. Our target sectors are automotive, food, beverage & packaging, and the life science sectors.

Our client is the wholly-owned subsidiary of their Corporation in Japan. The UK operation is located at a substantial 14-acre site in Milton Keynes, which houses our UK offices, design, factory, and warehousing.

Our client is the UK and global market leader in its field.

The Person:

Our client is looking for a certain type of person to join our Sales team.

If you sometimes wonder why others don’t always share your passion to get things done, you’ve got drive. They like that. If you don’t like losing at games, you sound competitive. They like that. If you can quickly strike a rapport with strangers, you sound engaging. They like that. If you’re always looking for a better way, you’re trying to grow. They like that.

If the above describes you, we’d like to talk to you!

The role:

Growing the business within the machine & device manufacturers sector by selling to senior management, supply chain, and engineers.

Skills and Experience:

Our client prefers sales experience and an engineering-based technical qualification, but attitude is more important. If you don’t have the experience but you have drive, competitiveness, and people skills, apply anyway—we’ll know.

What’s Offered:

Our client provides extensive sales, product, and application training, both in classroom and in-field.

They are committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applications from all and striving to attract, recruit, and retain talented individuals. They also have sustainable development goals, caring for our futures and the planet.
