Sales Consultant
Location: Leeds (Immediate) & Manchester (Immediate)
Salary: £30,000 base + realistic OTE of £50,000+
Commission: £35 per deal (mon-fri), £100 per deal (Saturdays optional)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Workplace: On-site
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts = 8:30am - 5pm or 11am - 7:30pm
- Optional Saturday shifts (10:00 to 15:00)

This is a high-performance sales role within a high-growth business. You’ll be part of a results-driven team that supports customers through a confident, consultative sales approach.

What You’ll Do
- Perform outbound sales calls from inbound leads (NO COLD CALLS!)
- Guide clients through product options and benefits
- Convert warm leads into bookings
- Hit individual sales targets
- Keep accurate records using CRM software
- Work closely with managers to improve performance and results
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience (phone-based, in-person or retail) Ideally from a luxury product market e.g. retail, property, car sales etc
- Strong communication skills – confident and clear when speaking
- Resilient, target-driven and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured setting
- Flexible to work early starts and occasional weekends
Interview Process
- Initial Teams interview focused on culture fit
- Final stage face-to-face interview at the Leeds office with the Sales Director
