Job description

The Benefits: Parking, Christmas shut-down, performance bonus

The Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday with some overnight stays

Due to expansion within our client’s business, we have an opportunity available for a driven and experienced Sales Consultant. Our client sells bespoke products, B2C, including chairs, beds and rollators. The successful candidate will be attending appointments across the UK that have been booked via the in-house telesales team.

The successful candidate will be joining a growing and dynamic company where after full training full autonomy will be given to generate own appointments and sales. This role will be targeted with a generous performance bonus offered. Full training over approximately 12 weeks will be provided.

Typical Duties:
  1. Attending pre-arranged appointments across the UK
  2. Presenting to an audience of potential customers and demonstrating the products
  3. Meeting with prospective customers one-to-one to discuss recommended tailored products
  4. Closing sales and taking order information
  5. Attending training when required
Skills and Experience Required:
  1. Proven sales experience, ideally B2C
  2. Exceptional listening and communication skills
  3. Confidence presenting to a small audience
  4. Able to travel across the UK (Monday – Thursday) with some overnight stays
  5. Physically fit and able to help set up products for demonstrations
  6. Full UK driving licence and experience driving a mwb van
  7. Charismatic
  8. Persistent and determined
  9. Ethical and empathetic
  10. Professional and presentable
  11. Exceptional time-management skills
