Base pay range

Ideally, within 1 hour of Poole – Hybrid working

• Full time, permanent
• £40,000 starting salary with a flexible package + Uncapped OTE £80,000–£100,000+

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic, intelligent, and consultative Sales Consultant to join our team.

You will thrive on meaningful conversations about:

• Energy efficiency: Helping customers reduce carbon footprints and energy bills
• Green building practices: Engaging with clients who are passionate about sustainability
• Aesthetics: Understanding and articulating design as a key factor in purchase decisions
• Building details: Navigating technical discussions with homeowners, architects, and builders

• Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales
• Customer-first mindset and relationship-building ability
• Confidence in learning and discussing technical product information
• A self-starter attitude with outstanding presentation skills
