Job summary

Valoris Group in Farnham is seeking a Sales Consultant to engage prospective customers, explain Air Source Heat Pump solutions, and book surveys, while working to KPIs around CRM updates, talk time and appointments. This role offers a clear path to an Energy Assessor within 6–12 months.

You will receive full training with a base salary rising to £30,000 plus per-sale bonuses, and ongoing development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role (renewables or HVAC advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
• Organised and confident using CRM systems.
