We are looking for candidates with previous sales experience who are looking for a career change and would like to work with one of the most Successful Independent Dealer Groups in the UK. About the Role

  • On target earning of £30,000-£55,000 uncapped
  • Option of Company Car or Car Allowance (T&C Apply)
  • Salary Sacrifice EV Car Scheme
  • A Flexible 5-day working week
  • Sunday work hours 10.00am to 3.00pm (when worked)
  • 28 Days Annual Leave (Inc Bank holidays)

About You:

  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list.
  • Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. You will be competent in negotiating and closing sales whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
  • Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.
  • Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
