Hours: 40

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £25396.80 with on target earnings of £30,000 (the amount you’ll potentially earn with yourcommission)

As a Sales Consultant in our(Location) Store, your product knowledge andnatural ability to engage with customers and advise them onSleep wellness will help them find the rightsleep products for their needs to give them a perfect night’s sleep every night with the help ofour unique sleepPRO technology! We’ll make sure thatyou’re fully trained and supported to do all this andto understand how we get things done in the right way – we want to set you up forsuccess, so you can hit the ground running.

We want our stores to be somewhere our teams can be proud and to show off our products, soyou and your colleagues will need to get stuck in, move product around, and keep the store clean and tidyso there are no monsters under the beds!

Our customers come in when they’re free to shop, sowe’re talking evenings, weekends and bank holidays, this is whereyou’ll have the opportunity to experience ourfantastic, uncapped commission structure, soit’ll be essential for you to be availableto take those opportunities. We understandthat you have a life outside the shop floor, sowe’ll ensure that you get some days, back – butthere’s also overtime if you want it.

We’re looking for Sales Consultantswho take pride in great customer service, so you and your customers can rest easy in the knowledge thatyou’re driven to meet your targets in the best way – by giving them what they need for the best night’s sleep. This will take a ‘can do’ attitude,and the ability to adapt your approach to establish their needs and ensure that your service is the mint on the pillow of their shopping experience.

Ideally, you’ll have worked in a customer facing role previously and have confident communication skills, being able to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when you need to be, daring to try new things to help your store succeed.
