Opportunity

Due to our continued expansion, we are excited to offer a position for a Sales Consultant within our Vehicle Solutions team. We provide a generous commission structure and excellent opportunities for career progression for the right candidate.

Role Overview

To achieve the annual sales targets through self-motivation and strategic account development, focusing on all products in the Radius Vehicle Solutions portfolio. The role involves a balance of individual sales efforts and business development following established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Represent the brand within the Radius vehicle solutions Leasing & Finance team, providing exceptional customer service in line with FCA guidelines, ensuring customer needs are accurately qualified and all legal and professional processes are followed.
  2. Manage daily leasing leads via phone and email, qualifying and selling to private individuals and businesses, primarily on Contract Hire and Lease options.
  3. Possess or develop knowledge of Contract Hire, Leasing, Hire Purchase, and funding methods, along with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  4. Work proactively within a dynamic team environment, taking ownership and challenging oneself to meet high standards.

Additional Duties

  • Qualify applicant needs and budgets through contact.
  • Manage a high volume of workflow and leads efficiently.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to daily tasks and performance metrics.
  • Achieve fixed weekly KPIs.
  • Engage in a fast-paced, enjoyable sales environment.
