They are currently seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join their dynamic Sales team.

Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process from initial enquiry to completion. You will represent a portfolio of high-end residential developments, providing exceptional service and supporting clients in finding their ideal home.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with potential buyers and communicate detailed information about current residential developments.
  2. Conduct property viewings and presentations, both virtually and in-person, tailored to client needs.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless and supportive customer experience.
  4. Manage and progress sales from enquiry through to reservation and final completion.
  5. Keep updated on current developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
  6. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to support the sales progression process.
  7. Utilise CRM systems effectively to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales tracking.
  8. Assist with marketing initiatives, launch events, and handovers when needed.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  1. Previous experience in residential property sales or a customer-facing sales role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organisation.
  4. Target-driven with a strong motivation to succeed.
  5. Confident with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Desirable:

  1. Background in high-end or luxury property sales.
  2. Familiarity with the Manchester residential property market.
  3. Additional languages are a plus.
