As a Sales Consultant based in Hatch End, London, you'll be responsible for:

• Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face to face basis and also phone and email

• Taking time to go over their needs and wants for their bathrooms

• Suggest products, styles and colours to suit the customer needs

• Complete designs and quotes for customers

• Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales

• Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after sales issues that may arise.


This is a full time permanent role, hours per week, Monday-Saturday 09:00am-17:300pm with a fixed day off in the week.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided.

Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.

Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.

Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and develop the ability to match products to the customer needs.
