About The Role

Paul Smith is seeking a personable and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their team. The Sales Consultant will assist the management team in achieving sales targets, develop and maintain excellent client relationships, and promote the brand image. The role requires providing excellent customer service at all times and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

This is a part-time vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure visual presentation, store maintenance, and housekeeping meet the company's standards, both on and off the shop floor.
2. Greet all clients and act as a brand ambassador representing Paul Smith Ltd.
3. Maintain up-to-date and high-level product knowledge and share it consistently with customers.
4. Build upon the store’s clientele, email and keep in contact with clients regularly, invite customers to relevant events, and inform them of new products.
5. Maximize sales opportunities to meet and exceed personal and store targets.
