Sales Consultant – New Build Homes
Leeds | £37,193 basic + OTE £52,442 | 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract
Thursday to Monday (with every 4th Sunday off!)
Mileage paid at 45p per mile
Are you a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for new build homes? ️ We’re working with a fantastic client who is growing fast and offering two exciting 24-month FTC opportunities in Leeds. If you love a busy sales environment and pride yourself on exceptional service – this could be for you!
About the Role
You’ll be based on-site at one of our client’s stunning marketing suites, managing enquiries, viewings, and helping buyers through every step of the sales journey – from reservation to exchange and completion.
Bonus is paid monthly (for exchanges/completions) and quarterly (for reservations), giving you real earning potential of up to £52,442!
You’ll be supported by a brilliant Sales Manager and wider team, but trusted to own your own workload – so being proactive is key!
What We’re Looking For:
Residential new build sales experience
A natural people-person with a flair for closing deals
Strong IT skills – experience using CRMs a plus
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Someone who can confidently work independently
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Requirements:
A-Level education (or equivalent)
Working Pattern:
  • Thursday to Monday
  • Every 4-week period includes 2 Sundays off
  • When you’re not on Sunday duty, you’ll work a Tuesday or Wednesday that week instead.
