Sales Consultant – VIP & Hospitality Tickets
Location: Epping, Essex (10-minute walk from Epping Station)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Occasional evening/weekend support with company phone provided
Commission: 20% – 30% per sale (no threshold)

The Company

Our client specialises in providing high-end access to major sporting events, music concerts, and festivals both across the UK and internationally. Their portfolio includes everything from Premier League football, Formula 1, and boxing nights to some of the most in-demand music and entertainment events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell VIP and hospitality ticket packages to both new and existing clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by offering tailored solutions and outstanding service
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and research
  • Advise clients on suitable packages based on their preferences, requirements, and budget
  • Negotiate and close deals confidently and professionally
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Stay informed about upcoming events, ticket availability, and market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients from enquiry to post-sale support
  • Provide occasional evening or weekend support, particularly around major events (with a work phone provided)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales or target-driven environment is advantageous, though not essential – we’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a motivated mindset, and a genuine interest in building a successful career in sales
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the industry
  • Passionate about live events – whether it’s sport, music, or entertainment
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple client accounts and deadlines
  • Comfortable using basic CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email communication tools
