We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in Huddersfield. What's the job? You'll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales-focused. However, this isn't your typical sales job. Forget suits, ties, and spending all your time on the showroom floor. Instead, enjoy a car sales role that allows you to be yourself, showcase your excellent customer service skills, and enjoy every working day. As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you'll support our customers from their first visit through to providing a great aftersales experience. Your focus will be on helping customers find the right car for their needs and building strong, positive relationships throughout the process. We offer comfortable uniforms, a range of staff benefits, and a five-day working week with a commission structure designed to help you succeed while maintaining a good work-life balance. You don't need to be a car fanatic to succeed in this role, although we do appreciate those passions! All we ask is that you love helping people, have lots of energy and enthusiasm, and can rise to challenges. On an average day, you will:

  1. Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
  2. Deliver outstanding, 5-star customer service, going the extra mile.
  3. Build and maintain sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
  4. Sell appropriate packages, including finance and servicing, with integrity and professionalism.
  5. Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Meet monthly sales targets and customer experience standards.
  7. Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and fulfill promises.
  8. Stay in touch with customers to provide excellent aftersales support.
