An established industry player is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will manage sales reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Our team at So Resi are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Consultant to join us.
You will be responsible for the delivery of sales reservations either across a variety of sites or from a single large scale site within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new homes sales with either knowledge of or experience in shared ownership as well as strong communication skills.
You will be working closely with both our dedicated Sales Progression team and Marketing team as well as other departments and/or relevant stakeholders. You will be required to routinely work at weekends to facilitate customer requirements and to meet sales targets.
