Job summary

Mappin & Webb, a cornerstone of English luxury retail, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our showroom team in the UK. You will build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to achieving personal and team targets.

Develop and maintain deep product knowledge across jewellery and watches, representing our brand with confidence while working collaboratively with the team to exceed expectations and provide a memorable client experience.

Our Sales Consultants are dedicated team players with a passion for delivering excellent client experience to ensure that everyone has an exceptional experience in our Mappin & Webb showrooms. Working towards personal and team targets, you will play a key role in the success of the showroom; developing and continually updating your product knowledge and expertise and sharing your passion about our fantastic products.
