Job summary

Mappin & Webb in London invites a Sales Consultant to join our luxury showroom team. You will build close client relationships, represent the brand with confidence and knowledge, and contribute to exceptional client experiences that drive loyalty and repeat visits.

You will develop product knowledge, work toward personal and team targets, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless, memorable shopping journey for every client through our renowned jewellery and timepiece collections.
