A luxury retail brand in Greenhithe is seeking part-time Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service and detailed product knowledge. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for luxury, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive customer experiences. We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultants on our John Lewis, Bluewater counter. Both positions will be working on a part-time basis, at 20 hours per week, where full flexibility in your availability will be required. As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, who can demonstrate confidence and the ability to approach any task with a positive, can-do attitude. With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, having the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI's and have flexibility in your working arrangements to be able to suit business requirements.
The role involves providing excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge, guiding customers through the journey from initial contact to after-sales, and assisting with general store tasks such as stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
