Job Outline

Working as part of the Doncaster showroom team, you will be responsible for actively approaching clients, assisting them, identifying requirements, and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their needs and aspirations.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
  1. Greeting clients upon entry to the showroom.
  2. Recommending suitable product ranges based on client specifications (dimensions, budget).
  3. Providing detailed and accurate quotations within agreed timeframes.
  4. Handling payments directly from clients, including credit/debit card transactions, ensuring receipts are issued.
  5. Answering telephone inquiries and dealing with client queries.
  6. Following the agreed sales process.
Personal Attributes
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Smart personal appearance.
  • Clear and positive communication skills, with good negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possessing traits suitable for this role.
Education and Qualifications
  • A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
  • Relevant experience in a similar environment is advantageous.
