Connells Group in Cumbernauld is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join the Slater Hogg & Howison residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and growth of the business.

Your responsibilities include generating property valuations, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales to exchange and completion, with opportunities to support the Mortgage Advisor. The role offers a £25k basic salary with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
