Overview

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated individual, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultant in our Elys Wimbeldon store. This is a part-time opportunity, working 16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• As the face of our brand, provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers.
• Use a personalized selling approach to guide the customer journey from start to finish, including delivering sensorial experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.
• Assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate confidence and a positive, can-do attitude.
• High level of personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury; able to champion brand values.
• Ability to work well in a team, drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs, and flexibility in working arrangements to suit business requirements.
