Job summary

First Home Improvements is seeking a Sales Consultant (Full-Time) to attend warm pre-booked appointments, perform home assessments, and provide quotations for our high-quality windows, doors and other home improvements.

You will benefit from full paid training with no cold calling, enjoy uncapped commissions (OTE £46,000–£66,000) and a clear path to progression. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

The Role As a Sales Consultant:

You’ll attend pre-booked appointments at customers’ homes to carry out home assessments and provide quotations for our products.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No canvassing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Attend warm, pre-booked customer appointments.
• Carry out home assessments and provide quotations.
• Recommend the most suitable products for customers’ needs.
• Travel to and from customer appointments.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

No Experience? No Problem.

We provide full paid training, so previous sales experience isn’t essential.
