Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £20,317.44 with on target earnings of £23,000 (the amount you'll potentially earn with your commission)

As a Sales Consultant in our Chelmsford Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs, ensuring a perfect night's sleep every night with our unique sleepPRO technology! We'll make sure you're fully trained and supported to do all this, and to understand how we get things done the right way. We want to set you up for success so you can hit the ground running.

We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to showcase our products. Therefore, you and your colleagues will need to get involved in moving products around and keeping the store clean and tidy—so there are no monsters under the beds!

Our customers come in when they're free to shop, so this role involves evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is where you'll have the opportunity to benefit from our fantastic, uncapped commission structure. It's essential for you to be available to take those opportunities. We understand you have a life outside the shop floor, so we'll ensure you get some days off, with overtime available if you want it.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking Sales Consultants who pride themselves on excellent customer service, ensuring customers can rest easy knowing they're getting the best sleep solutions. This requires a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to meet customer needs and make their shopping experience enjoyable.

Ideally, you will have worked in a customer-facing role previously and possess confident communication skills. You should be able to spot sales opportunities, be resilient and resourceful, and willing to try new approaches to help your store succeed.
