Job: New Homes Sales Consultant

Location: Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Huntingdon

Salary: £37,565 + OTE Up to £12k per annum

Job Type: Permanent, Fixed Term Contract

Are you an experienced sales consultant with a passion for helping people secure their dream homes?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated New Homes Sales Consultant with some experience in selling Shared Ownership development schemes. Responsibilities include:

1. Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Providing expert advice on property options and financing.
3. Conducting property viewings and following up with potential buyers.
4. Managing the sales process from initial inquiry to completion.
5. Meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge of Shared Ownership schemes is a plus.
