Overview

SALES CONSULTANT WDF, STANSTED AIRPORT
FULL TIME, WORKING 37.5 HOURS OVER 5 DAYS A WEEK

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service.
• Work as part of a team.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to genuinely "consult".
• Have strong ownership and accountability.
• Be passionate about beauty with exceptional grooming standards.
• Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.

The team consists of 3-10 BAs per store, and you will work closely with several departments such as VM, PMP and Sales. All colleagues are strong, passionate people from diverse backgrounds. Working in the team, you are surrounded by exceptional knowledge and a passion for customer service. The strength of our team is each individual BA. The strength of each BA is the team.

We aim to match the energy and excitement of customers in airports who are off on holiday or travelling for pleasure, delivering a fantastic Coty experience with enthusiasm, openness, and positivity at the end of your shift as you were at the beginning.
