Job role:Sales consultant

Location:Brackley
Compensation:
£26,500 annually + unlimited performance-based bonuses (Estimated OTE: £29,000)
Schedule:Full-time, 5 days per week including Saturdays (one weekday off), 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Type:Permanent
Start Date:ASAP (flexible depending on notice requirements)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our dynamic retail team in Brackley. This is a client-facing position ideally suited to individuals with a background in showroom or interior-based sales. You’ll play a key role in helping customers visualise and realise their renovation goals through tailored product consultations and design services, particularly focused on bathroom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored advice to both public and trade customers, ensuring needs are understood and solutions are clearly presented
  • Use 3D planning software to create custom room layouts and design concepts
  • Handle orders and payments with precision and attention to detail
  • Support the maintenance of the showroom’s appearance and layout presentation
  • Contribute proactively to team targets and identify opportunities to drive sales growth

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-centric sales environment, preferably involving interiors, retail showrooms, or home improvement
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals and deliver high service standards
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in bathroom, tiling, or interior design sectors
    • Familiarity with 3D layout or CAD-based design tools (training available)
    • Competency with Microsoft Office and standard point-of-sale systems
