Sales Consultant

Hours: 40

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,396.80 with on-target earnings of £30,000 (the amount you'll potentially earn with your commission)

Location: Bournemouth

As a Sales Consultant in our Bournemouth Store, your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers and advise them on Sleep wellness will help them find the right sleep products for their needs to give them a perfect night's sleep every night with the help of our unique sleepPRO technology! We'll make sure you're fully trained and supported to do all this and understand how we get things done in the right way. We want to set you up for success so you can hit the ground running.

We want our stores to be places our teams can be proud of and to showcase our products. You and your colleagues will need to actively participate in moving products around and keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring there are no monsters under the beds!

Our customers come in when they're free to shop, so you'll be working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This is where you'll have the opportunity to benefit from our fantastic, uncapped commission structure. We understand you have a life outside the shop floor, so we'll ensure you get some days off, with overtime available if you want it.

What We're Dreaming Of Seeing

We're looking for Sales Consultants who pride themselves on great customer service, so you and your customers can rest easy knowing you're driven to meet targets by giving them what they need for the best night's sleep. This role requires a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to identify customer needs and ensure your service is the 'mint on the pillow' of their shopping experience.

Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a customer-facing role and possess confident communication skills, the ability to spot sales opportunities, and resilience and resourcefulness to help your store succeed.
