Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Aberystwyth

Basic Salary: £11.44 Per Hour (Increasing in April 2025) - 40 hours Full-time Contract

OTE: Between £27,000 - £30,000+

Shift and Schedule: Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 10:00 am - 4:00 pm on Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern.

  5. Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
  6. Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
  7. Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
  8. Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
  9. Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
