Job summary

Bosch in Denham, UK invites undergraduates to join a 12-month internship starting in June 2027 in Sample Administration. You will support order reviews, internal systems such as eSAMOS/SAP, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as part of the BUILD Programme.

Eligible students must be pursuing STEM or Business Studies, be proficient in MS Office, have strong analytical and communication skills, and be well organised. Driving license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming customer orders daily.
• Enter orders into internal systems (eSAMOS/SAP).
• Update and manage individual trackers.
• Coordinate order management with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure milestones are met within lead times (orders raised, manufacture, delivery).
• Support Sales Engineers and communicate escalation topics.
