Sales & Commercial Director - Aerospace Manufacturing

Unique opportunity to lead the Sales & Commercial function for a fast growing, specialist aerospace manufacturing business in the north west region.

In this varied and pivotal role, you will join the senior leadership team and play your part in executing a major expansion programme. This is a successful and well-capitalised manufacturing business, growing organically and through acquisition. You will take the full responsibility for their commercial growth strategy. Leading new on new contract wins, contract negotiation and key customer stakeholder engagement.

We’re seeking a seasoned sales/commercial professional with proven experience within the aerospace sector. (Please note that aerospace experience is an essential requirement for this position).

You'll have a proven track record of success in a related sales role. You’ll be an experienced and credible leader, commercially astute and data driven in your decision making. You’ll be comfortable working in a rapidly-scaling environment.
