As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior technical knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham, where you’ll learn to sell, serve, and support our customers confidently. We provide training on products, demos, and launches to ensure your recommendations are top quality.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include Saturdays and Sundays. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9 am to 8 pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

In this role, you will:

1. Ask the right questions to help customers find suitable products.
2. Make each customer interaction memorable.
3. Support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
5. Work across various departments and product ranges.
6. Assist with operational tasks to support store functions.
