As a Retail Sales Colleague, you don't need in-depth tech knowledge before joining. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you'll gain skills to help you sell, serve, and support customers, making amazing happen. We provide supplier training, demos, and product testing to boost your confidence and ensure top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.
