As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. You’ll gain skills to sell, serve, and support our customers, with supplier training, demos, and product testing to boost your confidence.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, including weekends. Stores generally operate between 9am and 8pm, seven days a week, with local variations.

Role overview:

In this role, you will:

1. Ask questions to match customers with products.
2. Make every customer interaction memorable.
3. Offer support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contribute to the store’s sales performance.
5. Work across departments and product ranges.
6. Support store operations with various tasks.
