8-39 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (*rising to £12.51 after successful completion of probation).

As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. There, you’ll gain valuable skills to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, ensuring you can confidently recommend products. We provide supplier training, product demos, and testing of the latest gadgets to build your confidence.

Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly during our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores operate 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.

Role overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Asking the right questions to match customers with suitable products.
  2. Making every customer interaction memorable.
  3. Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and flexible payment options.
  4. Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
  5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
  6. Supporting store operations by completing various tasks.
