About The Role

As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you will support our client's sales operations by ensuring seamless communication between buyers, solicitors, and sales agents. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales and legal records, scheduling meetings, and assisting with property viewings. Your efforts will help drive sales momentum and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales and legal records using company reporting software.
2. Liaise with solicitors, buyers, and sales agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
3. Manage electronic transfer of sales documents for signatures.
4. Schedule meetings to support sales progress.
5. Handle enquiries from potential buyers and coordinate property viewings.
6. Monitor legal process timeframes adherence by associates.
7. Ensure proper electronic filing of sales documents, including reservations, heads of terms, and sale engrossments.
8. Assist in preparing buyer handover packs before property completions.

What We're Looking For

• A proactive and enthusiastic relationship builder with strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is desirable but not essential.
