Location: Remote (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday)

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Closer to join our team—either remotely or in our office. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Opening up conversations with the right questions to identify client needs
• Presenting our recruitment solutions clearly and confidently
• Handling objections effectively and professionally
• Driving the sales process from initial contact to final close
• Managing your own pipeline and hitting targets consistently

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a sales closing role (B2B or B2C)
• Confident and articulate communicator
• Strong listening and questioning skills
• Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Get:

• Basic salary of £27,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000
• Monday to Friday hours (9am–5pm) – no weekends
• Flexibility to work remotely or from our office
• Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development
