The Role
As the Sales Capability Lead / Sales Trainer you will have responsibilities for all learning and development in international & Northern Europe. One of the main objectives is to meet the training and development needs and challenges our clients commercial teams in line with the strategy and business priorities in the Northern Europe cluster. You will partner and collaborate with various stakeholders to co-create efficient and impactful training programs across sales & marketing teams, field coaching and L&D systems and tools.
This role is a 1 year FTC - with potential to turn perm for the right person.
The ideal fit
Salary: Up to £75,000 plus benefits.
Location: Surrey HQ based, with a requirement of UK/I & International travel (approx. 10%)
