The Opportunity: We seek a detail-oriented, sales-savvy individual to play a key role in our sales team's strategic efforts. Working under the Business Intelligence Team, this role offers the chance to collaborate with senior sales leadership, providing insights and managing projects to enhance operational efficiency.

As a Sales Business Partner, your responsibilities include quota management, account coverage, capacity and territory planning, hiring strategy, and forecasting. You'll analyze business trends, ensure optimal sales organization performance, and guide our team’s evolution and scalability in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with regional Sales leaders to drive success through data-driven insights and strategic support.
  2. Oversee quota management, territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, resource allocation, quarterly reviews, and GTM planning.
  3. Define and monitor KPIs to assess business health.
  4. Analyze trends to support decision-making.
  5. Provide data-driven recommendations on Sales Policies, including segmentation, regional definitions, organizational structure, sales commissions, and global engagement rules.
  6. Collaborate on initiatives to improve processes, sales productivity, and velocity through tooling and dashboards.
  7. Understand business data interrelations, focusing on Salesforce.com.
  8. Translate complex data into relevant business insights.
  9. Conduct root cause analyses for workflow and data infrastructure improvements.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role within the IT sector.
  2. Understanding of Salesforce data modeling.
  3. Knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies.
  4. 3+ years in customer success, sales, or related fields.
  5. Strong Salesforce.com usage skills, especially in forecasting, pipeline, reporting, analytics.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  7. Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  9. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  10. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  11. Customer service orientation.

Bonus Points: Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms.
