Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements in the United Kingdom seeks self-motivated sales professionals to drive business development and close home improvement deals. You will be trained quickly to know products inside out and confidently sell to customers, using warm leads supplied by head office.

You will follow up on leads, present persuasive pitches, educate customers, and cross-sell complementary products while meeting individual requirements to ensure first-time right jobs.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and confident communicating with a variety of customers at a senior level.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
• Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service.
• Driver with a full UK driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on warm sales leads, visiting customers in their own homes or using remote selling framework.
• Give persuasive business development pitches to convert quotes to sales.
• Educate customers about products and services and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Work with customers to meet their unique requirements and get the job right first time, every time.
