The Sales Business Development Lead role at ASM engages care homes, nursing homes and home care agencies to onboard them onto our platform, help them benefit from our services and make them permanent long term customers and users of ASM services.
The process involves leveraging personal and professional networks to create awareness of the company's brand, delivering demo sessions of the product, articulating the unique value proposition of Care Marketplace and its selling points differentiating us from other competitor platforms in the market, highlighting the benefits in terms of cost savings and ease of use, and ultimately growing the customer base and the revenue.
The Sales Business Development Lead is also expected to contribute to the company's future long term growth strategy not just in the adult social care sector but also with NHS Trusts in the future. As such, this is an excellent opportunity for candidates with an opportunity-centric growth mindset who are willing to partner with us in our journey for the long term.
The Sales Business Development Lead role can be located anywhere in the UK and therefore it is fully remote. Occasional visits may be required to our London base; however, they are not a mandatory condition. All travel costs in relation to the job will be fully covered.
