POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Sales Associate supports Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring a great customer experience and maximizing profitability. We love what we do and believe our team is the best place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive for Results

• Meet sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge; assist customers in merchandise selection based on their needs.
• Keep informed about current sales, promotions, and maintain pricing and visual standards.
• Handle merchandise, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties as directed.
• Participate in visual directives including store sets and zone maintenance.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote MAPS principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Ensure efficient register operations, including payments, returns, and security.
• Encourage buying decisions at checkout and achieve add-on sales, including gift cards.
• Sign up clients for reward programs.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
• Stay informed about current product fit and style in-store and online.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers.

Operational Excellence

• Support replenishment activities to keep the store full.
• Assist with order fulfillment and visual displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Teamwork and Growth

• Promote inclusiveness and collaboration.

• Perform other duties as assigned, varying by brand.
