Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the UK is seeking a Sales Associate for the MedTech Surgery portfolio on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support Endomechanical & Energy products across East of England, travel regionally, and contribute to sales targets while developing clinical product knowledge.

You'll work with Sales Specialists and surgeons, build relationships with hospitals, and help coordinate customer trainings.

Qualifications

• Early in their sales career with a passion for sales, healthcare or medical technology.
• A strong communicator with a proactive, can do attitude.
• Organised, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and able to travel across the relevant sales region as required.
• Ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent experience in a customer-facing role or healthcare setting.
• A team player who thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving regional sales targets by supporting account activity & customer engagement.
• Develop product knowledge and clinical understanding to support in-theatre case coverage and customer queries.

As a Sales Associate, you will support the growth and retention of business across our Endomech and energy surgical portfolios. You will work closely with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to contribute to sales targets, while also participating in key project based initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency and customer engagement.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop core sales skills while gaining exposure to cross functional projects that shape the future of our business.

Please note: This role requires a willingness to travel and be flexible regionally to support business needs, training, and project delivery.
