Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proven Sales Associate to join the team in our Liverpool ONE store.

The role is for 20 hours per week and we require full flexibility across the week and also at weekends as the role likely involves 4 shifts per week. Ideally the successful candidate is ambitious and seeking a career in retail and keen to grow and develop within the team to prepare for potential future promotion opportunities.

Skills required:

• Confident and outgoing when talking to customers, developing a rapport and able to offer great customer service
• Ideally we are looking for strong Visual Merchandising experience (feel free to show portfolio or examples). This is a skill gap in store that we will be looking to fill with this role.
• Ideal (but not essential) a keen interest in exploration and the outdoor activities we represent but we do require strong alignment with our brand values.
• Able to work on own initiative, be pro-active, enjoy keeping busy and being a great team player.
• Cash handling and till operation
• This is a sales floor, customer serving role first and foremost but will involve visual merchandising which means ensuring displays are maintained in line with our guidelines, products are kept within their relevant departments and decisions on stock placement are made with creativity, innovation and with sound commercial awareness.
