As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team passionate about delivering the best customer experience.

No two days are the same, but here’s what you can expect:

  • Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect products and assisting them at the till.
  • Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert advice on bra fitting, helping customers find the right size and styles for their needs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Own the presentation of products, helping customers find items and discover new ones.
  • Store Standards: Maintain store standards, manage deliveries, replenish stock, support loss prevention, and follow health & safety procedures.
